Claudine Matsunaga

As the Director of Operations for Plumb’s Outsourced Corporate Accounting division, Claudine is responsible for the planning and monitoring of the day-to-day practices of the division to ensure client and employee satisfaction.

Claudine joined Plumb in October 2019, and was quickly promoted to Controller in November 2020, then to Senior Controller and Client Relationship Manager in 2021, and most recently to her current role of Director of Operations in 2022.

She’s a member of the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) and the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

Claudine has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She lives in South Orange County with her husband, son and soon will be welcoming another baby boy into her family.
