Our client is a commercial painting and wall-covering contractor covering California, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona.
Background
The then newly appointed President of the company approached us shortly before their long-standing accountant was scheduled to retire. He wanted to use the opportunity to put more efficient processes in place, and to automate and digitize their accounting systems and reports.
The Challenge
